1、负责景区行业集团乐园等大客户运营，整合平台和商家资源，用内容服务消费者，实现行业GMV增长； 2、定制大客整合经营方案：洞察大客商家在抖音的定制化需求，结合闭环、开放链路产品能力输出大客整合经营方案，推动定制需求解决； 3、跑通优势商家/商品的抖音经营模式：洞察商家经营需求和用户消费场景，结合抖音内容推荐模式制定不同场景下选品组品、内容运营策略，明确经营指标，跑通抖音经营模式； 4、基于外部信息和内部数据、发起针对景区游玩行业创新经营玩法，并能在实践中验证。

1、本科及以上学历； 2、3年以上KA销售经验，过往业绩出色，具有旅游类平台经验者优先； 3、具有敏锐的商业触觉和良好的与客户沟通的意识，擅长客情维护； 4、具有整合营销相关经验，擅长视频内容策划及制作，熟悉市场玩法； 5、了解旅游行业，对商家商品运营、活动运营有一定的知识或经验。
