团队介绍：飞书商业化团队（Go to Market）负责将飞书先进产品和服务全面推向中国和国际市场，通过制定精准的业务战略，进行破圈的市场营销，深入理解不同行业的趋势和特点，传递飞书的理念和价值给不同行业的企业客户并达成业务合作，帮助客户加强使用深度和广度，最终让飞书成为各行各业先进企业的首选、持续助力企业组织升级。目前已在中国、新加坡、美国、日本等国家和地区建立了商业化团队，开启了为全球各行各业组织和个人提升创造力和效率的历程。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、围绕飞书及豆包工作的官网与投放落地页，结合用户反馈、搜索意图、产品研究和转化数据，识别增长机会，形成可执行的优化方案； 2、参与页面结构、产品卖点、文案素材及转化链路的设计与优化，完成需求梳理、产品原型和PRD撰写； 3、协同设计、研发、数据及投放团队推进方案落地，跟进需求评审、物料制作、开发排期、测试与上线验收，确保页面、素材和转化链路符合预期； 4、参与埋点、渠道归因和增长看板维护，跟踪上线及投放效果，使用AI+BI分析访问、转化、获客成本和线索质量，协助开展A/B测试； 5、复盘页面与投放表现，将数据结论和用户反馈转化为下一轮产品需求及物料优化，持续推进测试与迭代，形成增长全链路闭环。

1、本科及以上学历在读，人工智能、计算机、统计学、市场营销等相关专业优先； 2、文字表达优秀，逻辑清晰，具备较强的业务理解能力，能够将用户需求和产品卖点转化为清晰的页面方案与文案； 3、具备较强的数据意识和商业敏感度，能够使用AI+BI进行数据清洗、指标拆解和分析，理解转化漏斗、用户分层和实验验证，掌握SQL、Python或数据可视化工具者优先； 4、是AI深度使用者，熟练使用国际主流Agent产品、飞书和豆包工作，能够将AI用于信息检索、数据分析、原型制作和物料创作，并核验输出的准确性，有搭建智能工具或自动化流程的实际经验优先； 5、细致认真、积极主动、责任心强，具备较强的学习能力、协作能力和负责人意识，能够从洞察出发推动方案落地、验证效果，并根据反馈持续改进； 6、北京线下到岗，能够稳定实习六个月，每周到岗四天。
