日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：商业化战略与运营团队通过数据分析和财务建模提供关键业务洞察，确保跨部门目标与执行的一致性，并协助团队推动战略计划落地。我们始终致力于将公司最高层级的战略重点与高效的日常运营相结合，同时帮助将早期构想孵化成推动未来增长的业务举措。

1、协助负责国际化竞价广告产品（Web Ads）的运营和市场推广，根据业务需求，完成产品与全球各大区的更新通知、反馈收集和问题处理； 2、协助产品经理完成新功能的产品测试和沟通文案撰写、发布，并推动产品测试落地和正式上线； 3、参与日常产品运营相关工作，包括但不限于产品数据分析、运营策略总结、产品营销物料制作等； 4、使用并了解国际互联网产品。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、可熟练英语听、说、读、写，英语口语可作为工作语言； 3、有互联网市场营销和数据分析/可视化相关实习经验优先； 4、良好的沟通和逻辑思维能力，有强烈的责任心和敬业精神； 5、工作细致，积极主动，及时沟通各项目进展； 6、一周实习3天以上，实习时间6个月以上优先。
