团队介绍：飞书商业化团队（Go to Market）负责将飞书先进产品和服务全面推向中国和国际市场，通过制定精准的业务战略，进行破圈的市场营销，深入理解不同行业的趋势和特点，传递飞书的理念和价值给不同行业的企业客户并达成业务合作，帮助客户加强使用深度和广度，最终让飞书成为各行各业先进企业的首选、持续助力企业组织升级。目前已在中国、新加坡、美国、日本等国家和地区建立了商业化团队，开启了为全球各行各业组织和个人提升创造力和效率的历程。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、商业化资源赋能：制作面向客户的通用打单素材，包括产品介绍、LOGO墙、客户案例、邀约长图、产品界面配图等，有效触达客户，助力达成合作； 2、行业内容营销支持：负责教育、医疗、金融、消费电子、先进制造等多个行业的营销内容制作； 3、产品营销：提炼并视觉化飞书、豆包工作产品的亮点和价值，联合传播团队挖掘产品推广相关选题，提升产品曝光度、有效留资量及新用户规模。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、能在北京办公室连续工作6个月，每周到岗4天，可工作时间更长者优先； 3、具备较强的学习能力，能够在短时间内上手新工具、新工作，快速了解业务、了解客户，并提炼出产品价值； 4、具备较强的执行力，能保质保量地持续交付，有产品或市场相关物料（线上线下皆可）创作经验者优先； 5、积极拥抱AI，具备一定设计能力，熟练掌握PowerPoint，具备设计软件使用能力（PS/Figma）和视频剪辑能力，热爱效率工具； 6、申请时需提交作品集，必须包括独立制作的PPT，其他材料可包含但不限于文章、画册、视频、海报、AI Coding的各类作品、HTML。
