1、深度挖掘抖音平台美妆领域优质作者，定期分析潜力作者的内容风格、粉丝画像及数据表现（如播放量、互动率、带货转化等），形成产品分析报告； 2、协助维护与美妆KOL的日常沟通，根据作者特点制定个性化运营方案，包括内容选题建议、流量扶持策略； 3、参与策划并落地抖音美妆线下趋势活动，协调各方资源，确保活动从前期筹备到现场执行全流程顺畅； 4、负责活动数据复盘，整理用户反馈及传播声量，形成结案报告并提出优化建议，为后续活动提供参考； 5、跟踪抖音美妆赛道最新趋势，定期输出行业报告，为团队策略提供前瞻性建议。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、熟悉抖音美妆内容生态，对抖音美妆作者的内容运营逻辑有理解优先；熟练使用Excel、PPT，掌握基础数据分析技巧（如ROI计算、用户画像拆解）； 3、具备活动策划能力，能独立完成方案撰写与资源协调；善于捕捉热点，可快速产出短视频脚本或活动Slogan。
