1、参与风控产品体系的搭建与迭代优化，协助产品经理完成用户需求收集、落地推进、功能宣讲、推广运营及上线后效果评估等全流程工作； 2、通过用户调研、行业产品分析、数据洞察（熟练使用SQL工具）等方式，挖掘并梳理业务与用户需求； 3、跟进风控产品日常问题的定位、分析与闭环，协同研发、测试、PMO等团队，解决产品研发过程中的问题，保障项目高效落地。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、统计学或金融等相关专业优先； 2、英语可作为工作语言，具备良好的自我驱动力，对产品工作抱有热情与好奇心，乐于钻研探索； 3、逻辑清晰，具备良好的问题分析能力和问题解决能力； 4、具备出色的沟通和团队合作能力，能够与多个团队紧密协作； 5、每周可实习4天及以上，且可实习3个月及以上。
