1、前往HROP团队多个领域学习实践，包括薪酬运营、福利运营、人力运营交付等，深入了解各业务模块的具体工作内容，掌握其背后的业务逻辑和管理思路，进一步提升个人专业能力； 2、在轮岗及项目实践过程中，积极探索AI在人力运营场景中的应用，利用生成式AI等智能工具提升运营效率、优化流程体验，并参与推动AI赋能HR运营的实践； 3、参与全球项目，在跨文化交流中拓展全球视野。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限，人力资源、管理学专业优先； 2、清晰的职业规划和职业发展目标，对于从事HR相关工作有饱满的热情； 3、具备良好的团队合作能力，逻辑清晰，积极自驱，做事踏实务实，具备坚韧的职业素养，具备主动提出改进建议并推动优化的能力； 4、英语能作为工作语言； 5、具备AI工具应用能力，能够运用生成式AI等智能工具辅助信息检索、数据分析、文档撰写及流程优化，对AI在人力运营场景中的应用保持学习热情和探索意识。
