日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责汽摩配行业商家运营成长，研究用户消费需求变化，引导和运营管辖类目、商品、商家的结构变化； 2、资源整合项目：内部整合场域、玩法、达人、服务商等资源，外部探寻政府协会/会展/机构/跨品类等资源，完成特定的项目设计、迭代和执行，结果可量化，为行业销售增量做贡献； 3、数据分析：快速掌握内部数据看板使用方法，进行多维度数据拆解和分析，挖掘业务新增量，立足实际问题，为策略制定提供扎实基础。

1、本科及以上学历在读，广告营销、应用数学专业优先； 2、具有一定的活动策划能力，对市场活动有一定的敏锐度，整合多方需求进行整合策划，并实现目标； 3、对数据敏感，对数据类工作有高度热情，有互联网数据、经营分析实习经验优先； 4、出色的跨部门沟通协作能力，成熟项目把控能力，持续学习创新的自驱能力；细心尽责，积极进取，对结果负责； 5、能保证至少连续实习满3个月，能尽快到岗优先。
