1、负责字节跳动商业变现合约广告的后台研发，主导平台架构设计与实施，完成高可用广告系统搭建； 2、负责系统技术方案设计、核心代码开发与调优，开展重点难点技术攻坚，解决系统瓶颈问题； 3、千亿级广告基础数据服务研发，分析百亿级营销数据，沉淀计算广告经验并探索品牌广告创新玩法； 4、推动AI/Agent在研发全流程的应用：在研发流程中运用AI/Agent提升需求分析、方案设计、编码开发等全环节效率与质量，推动工程生产力提升；结合业务发展需要进行AI-Friendly的系统架构设计与演进，支持高效人机协同研发模式；与产品、设计、数据、测试等角色高效协作，借助AI工具和Agent能力推动跨职能问题解决与业务价值交付。

1、熟悉Python、PHP、C++、Java、Go等中至少一门语言； 2、熟悉MySQL、Redis、消息队列、Nginx等常用Web组件，有能力优化其使用； 3、有较强的问题抽象能力、系统架构能力，具备生产系统的分析调优能力； 4、热爱编程，责任心强，有较强的学习能力，有强烈的求知欲，能及时关注和学习业界最新技术，具有良好的团队沟通与协作能力。

加分项 1、对AI、LLM、Agent在研发场景中的应用有兴趣和实践经验者优先，包括但不限于代码生成、测试辅助、问题排查、数据分析、研发提效等方向； 2、具备良好的AI工具使用习惯，能够对AI、Agent产出进行有效判断、校验和纠偏，并对最终结果负责者优先； 3、有AI Friendly架构设计、工程链路改造，或推动研发流程智能化/自动化经验者优先； 4、具备全栈协同意识，愿意借助AI、Agent跨职能协作、提升平台价值与客户价值交付能力者优先。
