团队介绍：抖音内容质量与数据服务平台（简称CQC）归属于抖音集团，负责今日头条、抖音等产品内容和抖音集团商业内容的安全质量与体验。平台下设内容质量中心、商业生态与安全、生态治理与增长支持等业务，在全国20余个城市均有分布。 自成立以来，CQC持续守护抖音集团旗下包括抖音、今日头条、番茄小说、飞书、红果短剧等产品在内的安全、质量与体验，优化产品内创作与交流环境，且在各产品运营增长方面开展支持工作。

1、参与今日头条平台图文、视频、评论、账号等多形态内容的安全标准建设，搭建内容安全规则体系，完成规则迭代与落地； 2、探索并落地大模型及AI Agent在标准运营场景中的应用，基于大模型能力搭建、调优AI Agent与自动化工作流，将模型能力应用于标准制定、风险识别、案例分析、话术生成等环节，变革传统作业模式，提升治理效率与质量； 3、跟踪政策更新、行业趋势及线上风险变化，参与安全标准的迭代与话术优化，保障标准的合规性、一致性与可操作性； 4、协同产品、算法、内容质量把控、风控等团队，推动安全标准在内容质量把控流程中的落地执行，在保障平台内容安全的同时，兼顾用户体验与运营效率； 5、参与安全标准评估体系建设，通过数据分析与案例复盘，评估标准的适用性与有效性，持续优化平台治理策略。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、信息科学等相关专业优先，新闻传播、中文、法学、传媒、社会学等专业； 2、具备较强模型应用能力者亦可，具备AI Agent搭建与调优能力，能够基于大模型能力设计、组合并迭代Agent工作流，落地解决实际业务问题； 3、理解大模型底层逻辑（Prompt工程、RAG、模型选型、效果评估、幻觉控制、上下文工程等），能够将模型能力与业务场景深度结合，变革传统作业模式； 4、了解互联网信息内容管理相关法律法规与政策要求，关注国内外新闻热点及社科类议题，对内容安全风险具备较强的判断力与敏感度； 5、逻辑清晰、结构化思维突出，具备良好的跨部门沟通协调与项目推进能力，能够高效整合多方资源； 6、责任心强、严谨细致，能够快速响应突发情况与舆情事件。
