1、研究LLM在用户理解、兴趣推理、召回排序等环节的应用，探索协同信息注入与推理方法，推动推荐系统由“拟合历史行为”向“理解和推理用户需求”演进； 2、建设多模态内容表征体系，利用LLM、VLM统一建模文本、图像与视频，研究语义与协同信息的联合入模，推动表征在各业务场景落地； 3、构建生成式用户画像，研究用户多兴趣表达、长短期兴趣演化、新用户冷启动与兴趣探索，提升用户兴趣建模的准确性和泛化性； 4、研究SID与生成式推荐技术，探索端到端SID学习及语义—协同联合建模，平衡表示容量、生成效果、更新稳定性； 5、打造可交互、可控制的推荐Agent，建设指令理解、兴趣探索、主动澄清和多轮交互能力，形成实时反馈闭环； 6、推动强化学习、模型蒸馏与推理加速等前沿AI技术在超大规模推荐系统落地，解决海量数据、高并发和低延迟问题。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的机器学习与算法基础；熟悉推荐系统、LLM、Embedding、RAG、多模态等一个或多个技术方向； 3、熟练使用Python及主流深度学习框架，具备模型训练、评估和工程落地能力； 4、具备较强的论文阅读、实验分析和创新能力，能独立解决开放性问题； 5、对前沿AI技术保持热情，具备良好的沟通协作与项目推进能力； 6、顶级会议论文、算法竞赛、开源项目或AI/推荐系统落地经验均为加分项。
