1、职能及团队建设： 1）从零搭建集团财务控制治理职能，明确团队定位、职责边界及工作机制； 2）负责团队架构设计、人员招聘、培养及专业能力建设； 3）建立统一的工作标准、质量要求和跨部门协作机制； 2、财务报告及IT控制治理： 1）建立并持续完善财务报告控制框架，覆盖重大财务流程、财务披露及相关IT环境； 2）制定并维护控制标准、风险与控制矩阵、流程文档、测试底稿及证据要求； 3）评估系统权限、变更管理、数据接口、自动化控制、系统报表及数据完整性风险； 4）与技术、安全、数据、平台及业务团队合作，将财务和审计要求转化为可落地的控制方案； 5）推动关键控制系统化、自动化和平台化； 3、审计协作及问题管理： 1）负责集团审计、各地法定审计及内部审计中与控制相关的规划和协调； 2）提前识别审计范围、重点系统及潜在风险，推动正式测试前完成查漏补缺； 3）组织控制评估、测试、缺陷分级及影响判断； 4）与现有内控团队及业务团队合作推动整改，并负责财务报告、披露及IT控制方面的专业判断和验收； 5）建立严格的文档和复核标准，确保材料准确、完整、规范且可追溯； 6）对重大或可能影响财务报告及审计结论的问题及时升级。

1、至少5年担任IT审计、财务报告、或会计咨询的管理角色； 2、有从零搭建相关职能及专业团队的成功经验；会计师事务所相关经验及专业资格优先； 3、深刻理解财务报告、控制及外部审计要求，具备扎实的IT控制和系统风险知识并在各类场景中展现精准判断力； 4、能够平衡风险、合规、效率及业务实际，提前识别风险的同时，将合规要求转化为务实、可扩展的解决方案； 5、能够与各类跨部门团队技术、产品、安全、数据等开展深入沟通并推动事项落地； 6、具有复杂、多系统及快速变化环境下的控制治理经验；熟悉科技行业优先；有较强的中英文书面及口头汇报能力。
