1、洞察用户需求与行业趋势，制定所负责品类货架供给策略，挖掘货架业务增量，对货架供给规模及交易增长负责； 2、结合货架场域供给现状与流量分发逻辑，拆解商品全生命周期各环节规模及运营效率，定位问题与增长机会并制定优化策略； 3、联动搜索、推荐、频道等场域团队优化商品分发效率，搭建商家及行业侧多场域运营链路与配套数据监控体系； 4、开展货盘分析与诊断，输出类目分析报告及招品指南，挖掘细分赛道供给机会，指导行业端及商家端货品布局； 5、整合行业及商家资源，打造货架场景标杆案例，构建商家长效经营模式，提升商家货架场域经营信心。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、有电商行业或品牌商，品类或采销相关实习经验优先；有较强的数据和实验分析能力，逻辑性强，具备敏锐的用户需求洞察能力； 3、有较好的协同沟通，善于进行跨部门协作，结果导向思维，能独立推进和管理项目节奏； 4、具备强烈的学习意愿和工作热情，拥有较强的学习能力、沟通协调能力和执行力，自驱力突出。
