1、深耕绩效与激励专项：参与搭建分析逻辑框架，通过市场研究、数据分析输出洞察，支撑人力资源科学决策，助力打造行业标杆薪酬体系，让人才与公司战略同频； 2、参与政策全流程设计：结合公司理念、业务需求及投资回报率，参与绩效与激励政策制定、审阅及优化，保障每一份努力获得精准回报，为人才战略注入动力； 3、推动项目落地与优化：负责政策运营支持，联动多部门协作确保项目落地，定期追踪成效并迭代，在跨团队合作中建立人力资源全局视野； 4、支持领域创新探索：配合完成其他相关工作，参与薪酬趋势解读、激励模式创新等前沿研究，快速积累从0到1的项目经验。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、对人力资源绩效与激励领域（如：绩效、薪酬、激励等）有兴趣，并以此为职业发展意向，渴望用专业影响企业战略； 3、英语听说读写熟练，有国际化留学/实习经历者优先； 4、良好的逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力，乐于探索问题本质，积极寻求更优解决方案； 5、具有较强的沟通能力和协调能力，善于合作； 6、自驱力及学习能力强，有较强的责任心。
