1、负责国际商业化广告创意方向业务指标体系搭建，聚焦广告投放表现相关核心指标，形成可落地的指标监测与评估框架； 2、深入理解广告投放机制，分析不同类型素材（图片、视频等）在广告系统的投放全链路数据；通过探索性数据分析与建模，挖掘影响投放效果的关键因素，提出产品功能优化与投放策略改进方案； 3、能根据业务目标完成广告创意相关分析（如AI生成内容表现、创作者视频转化效果等），通过离线数据分析与实验设计、分析，总结各功能表现，快速定位业务问题或发现优化机会； 4、与产品、运营、研发及策略算法等团队完成高质量沟通，清晰传递数据分析结论与建议，推动优化方案落地与业务效果持续提升。

1、计算机、统计、数据科学或者相关专业本科及以上学历，具备扎实的数据分析与统计学基础，熟练掌握SQL、Python等数据分析工具； 2、有互联网数据分析工作经验，或具备计算广告、搜推算法相关项目经验，熟悉广告投放链路者优先； 3、善于沟通，工作积极主动，有主人翁意识，责任心强，具备良好的团队协作能力； 4、具备强烈的好奇心和自我驱动力，喜欢接受挑战，追求极致，愿意把复杂的事情做好、做大。
