1、参与并制定跨境物流解决方案，负责跨境物流履约相关流程SOP制定和物流服务商管理； 2、负责履约时效、成本及体验相关指标；搭建运营体系，跟踪日常运营数据和日常运营事项，管控运营风险，协调物流服务商资源确保各项运营指标平稳持续提升； 3、根据业务不同阶段的履约问题，能推动相关部门和服务商对物流履约问题进行专项优化，协同各相关部门提升跨境物流履约体验； 4、跨部门沟通协调，在运营过程中积极提出流程及产品相关的改善点，可以主导相关项目的推进。

1、本科及以上学历，熟悉跨境物流全链路，1年以上跨境物流/跨境电商/咨询行业背景； 2、有良好的结构化思维，可以清晰的分析问题、找到根因，并输出规划方案； 3、有良好的数据分析能力，能够从数据中挖掘业务的问题和机会点； 4、良好的创新能力，有责任心和担当，好奇心强、富有洞察力，能够主动发现问题、探寻本质。
