团队介绍：抖音内容质量与数据服务平台（简称CQC）归属于抖音集团，负责今日头条、抖音等产品内容和抖音集团商业内容的安全质量与体验。平台下设内容质量中心、商业生态与安全、生态治理与增长支持等业务，在全国20余个城市均有分布。 自成立以来，CQC持续守护抖音集团旗下包括抖音、今日头条、番茄小说、飞书、红果短剧等产品在内的安全、质量与体验，优化产品内创作与交流环境，且在各产品运营增长方面开展支持工作。

1、分析现有垂类产品治理业务链路，识别大模型应用机会点，制定大模型应用规划，明确落地场景及优先级； 2、进行模型训练与精调，独立完成大模型测试验证，输出收益量化报告，制定大模型实际应用方案； 3、协同相关团队推动大模型上线，设计人机协同审核流程； 4、持续监控模型效果，优化迭代策略，适配业务安全需求变化。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、信息与计算科学、数据科学、理工学科等相关专业优先； 2、具备较好的业务理解能力，能站在业务角度听懂需求，同时理解模型能力边界、优化方向，能转化为技术语言； 3、了解大语言模型技术，参与过大语言模型的训练和优化迭代过程，包括预训练、SFT以及强化学习等； 4、熟练掌握Prompt的编写、应用和优化技巧，了解LangChain、AI Agents原理，对人机辅助有兴趣有行动； 5、有探索精神，自学能力强，对新鲜事物持续保持学习和尝试。
