1、平台架构与SaaS化建设，负责资金中台的产品顶层设计，将SKU管理、计费引擎、收银台、清结算、账务中心等模块解耦，构建API-First的内部SaaS服务体系；并设计高度灵活的配置中心，支持通过后台配置定义分润比例、结算周期、税率规则及费率模型，以替代传统的硬编码模式，适应快速变化的虚拟业务形态； 2、核心清结算与账务体系，主导业财一体化设计，构建符合GAAP/IFRS标准的复式记账引擎，确保每一笔业务订单均能实时转化为精准的会计分录； 3、负责全球清结算系统设计，支持海量高并发下的复杂分润逻辑（如工会、达人、平台三方分账）及自动对账，实现资金流与信息流的零误差匹配；解决虚拟业务特有的资金挑战：包括虚拟币与法币的锚定价值管理、多币种钱包系统设计、以及充值/消耗/退款的逆向资金流自动化处理； 4、全球化合规与财税，构建全球税务引擎，实现对不同国家地区VAT/GST、DST（数字服务税）及WHT（预提所得税）的自动计算与代扣代缴； 5、负责外汇管理（FX）产品化，设计动态汇率（DCC/MCP）机制、汇损监控及多币种资金池管理方案，有效降低跨境资金流转的汇率风险； 6、负责财务数据标准化，无缝对接外部ERP系统，实现财务报表生成的自动化。

1、5年以上互联网支付、金融科技或金融核心系统产品经验，其中至少3年以上支付中台/清结算系统负责人经验； 2、拥有0到1搭建内部支付SaaS平台，或主导电商/直播/虚拟内容平台资金流系统的成功案例，具备复杂系统的解耦与重构经验，能够平衡技术债务与业务快速迭代的需求； 3、精通财务原理，深刻理解会计准则、复式记账法、借贷平衡逻辑，能够将业务场景准确转化为财务语言；熟悉全球支付网络，了解信用卡组运作逻辑、跨境SWIFT/ACH清算网络，以及东南亚、拉美、欧美等区域的主流本地支付方式； 4、具备SaaS产品思维，具备较强的抽象能力，能够透过具体业务表象提炼通用的底层逻辑，避免重复造轮子； 5、具备商业敏锐度，深入理解创作者经济的商业模式，能够在“合规风控”与“业务增长”之间找到最优平衡点，具备落地能力，能适应全球化快节奏、高变化的工作环境，具备结果导向； 6、有全球化金融公司核心产品架构背景加分，具备SQL数据查询与分析能力，能独立进行复杂资金链路的数据排查与验证加分。
