1、负责抖音直播“团播、连线、语音、电台、AI经纪人、AI玩法生产”等产品的用户体验设计； 2、理解直播设计规则，定义设计规范，并将需求转译成“用户语言”，提升视觉品质和操作体验； 3、能独立承担团队内的相关项目。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，设计类专业优先； 2、有相关项目经验；对AI原理解深入，能熟练使用主流AI工具，会建Skill和搭工作流，在项目中有实践案例； 3、熟悉PC&App端设计，有良好审美表达及逻辑推理，有较强同理心，能洞察用户，深度分析问题，并论证假设推导结论； 4、对娱乐内容行业有热情，深刻理解用户、行业，对设计有理想、有追求。
