1、负责国内销售业务平台客户/代理商/服务商全生命周期的履约服务，建设智能化客户服务链路，运用AI、API等工具优化签约合作、合同拟定、投放策略、资金安全、结算回款、退款清退等全流程，提升业务运转效率； 2、挖掘商业化营销合作及品牌投放链路中的流程痛点，运用AI思维诊断业务风险，并提出可行性分析和优化方案，输出智能化资源组合推荐、售卖流程优化、效率提升及服务改进方案； 3、协同战略、销售、产品、法财税等团队，通过AI赋能、系统迭代、智能工具搭建，推动业务合规落地，打造更智能、高效的商业化服务体验。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、较强的学习能力、自驱力和良好的团队合作意识，具备出色的内外部沟通协作能力和资源整合能力，能有效参与和推动重大平台的应用落地；沟通协调能力强，逻辑清晰，责任心强，工作积极主动，乐于从业务一线沉淀经验，赋能商业化智能化升级； 3、对AI技术抱有浓厚兴趣，愿意主动探索AI、API工具在业务场景的落地应用； 4、具备流程梳理、问题洞察能力，擅长用智能化思路优化履约业务与服务体验。
