1、协助梳理支付风控相关业务需求，包括业务部门诉求、风险场景痛点等，参与需求文档（PRD）撰写、需求评审及需求落地跟踪； 2、辅助风控产品功能设计与优化，提供全生命周期的风控解决方案并推动方案落地，跟进功能测试，跟踪产品上线后的效果反馈，提出产品优化建议； 3、收集风控产品用户反馈（内部运营/风控策略团队），整理产品使用问题与优化需求，参与产品迭代计划制定； 4、完成团队交办的其他风控产品相关辅助工作。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、产品设计、金融工程、金融科技等相关专业优先； 2、对风控产品、支付行业、反欺诈领域有浓厚兴趣，了解基础的产品设计逻辑或风控业务知识者优先； 3、具备基础的文档撰写能力，能协助完成需求文档、产品说明等材料，英文可做工作语言优先； 4、具备基础的数据思维，能通过Excel、SQL等工具进行简单数据整理与分析，了解产品核心指标设计逻辑者优先； 5、逻辑思维清晰，善于沟通表达，能准确传递需求与问题，具备良好的团队协作意识与主动学习能力； 6、工作细心严谨，责任心强，能高效跟进需求落地与产品优化进度，每周可实习3天及以上，实习周期不少于3个月，能长期实习者优先。
