1、负责电商链路中的复杂技术项目落地，保障端到端方案可行、可交付、可稳定运行；与产品、运营、数据、QA等团队密切合作，推动跨团队共识达成与项目闭环交付，并在关键节点对方案质量与风险负责； 2、主导跨场域技术专项的架构设计与落地，把关新系统的领域建模、系统拆分、关键链路与接口设计，确保架构长期可演进； 3、负责核心交易链路的稳定性与性能治理，围绕高峰竞拍、保证金支付、成交确认、资金结算、履约交割等关键场景建设； 4、沉淀平台化、标准化、可复用能力，提升整体研发效率与交付质量。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业优先，5年及以上后端研发/系统架构相关经验，熟悉法拍/不良资产/房产拍卖等领域，了解行业合规与交易链路，具备优秀的系统设计与工程落地能力； 2、后端基础扎实，熟悉分布式系统与高并发架构设计，系统分析设计能力强，有清晰的技术架构演进思路支撑业务需求； 3、精通主流语言（C/C++/Java/Python/Go/Rust等）的至少一门； 4、具备强负责人意识与跨团队推进能力，能在多业务/多系统/多团队协作环境下推动方案落地并对结果负责； 5、对高并发系统有深刻的理解，清晰了解高并发服务的一般架构设计逻辑。
