1、从交易价值和内容价值出发，定义分体裁的优质电商内容标准，通过定性、定量方法评估优质标准合理性，进行有效的标准和策略迭代，提升商家达人对优质内容的理解度； 2、搭建内容供给牵引机制，完善内容挖掘、供需分析、活动策划、效果评估等运营能力，迭代分佣激励策略，提升优质内容的供给规模； 3、负责协同整合内部内容分发机制，与产品研发共同设计解决方案，保障优质创作者的内容分发形成正循环，不断挖掘更好的内容引导，帮助建立用户的电商种草、消费认知； 4、负责统筹项目整体进展，跑通全流程运营机制，验证并沉淀优质内容方法论，投入到分行业场景应用。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，统计学、应用数学、计算机等相关专业背景优先； 2、对时下网络流行信息有敏锐度；并对用户需求有比较清晰的认知和把握，有体系化输出内容策略经验优先； 3、出色的沟通协作和项目管理能力，具备坚韧的职业素养，能抓住重点解决复杂问题，长期主义； 4、对数据敏感、擅长数据分析，善于发现和挖掘数据价值不断迭代优化。
