1、参与实时音视频传输QoS相关算法的设计、开发与落地，持续交付领先行业的用户体验； 2、参与网络传输测评体系的建设与完善，形成可量化、可对比的行业水位与产品竞争力基线； 3、参与线上QoS体验问题的分析、归因与解决，沉淀体系化工具与方法，提升问题定位与排障效率。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机科学、通信、网络等相关专业； 2、熟悉音视频网络传输的核心技术与常用策略，包括带宽估计、码率自适应、Jitter Buffer、FEC、ARQ等； 3、具备扎实的网络基础，对TCP/UDP、Socket通信等有深入理解；熟悉常见流媒体传输协议与体系（如RTP/RTCP、RTMP、RTSP等）；理解新一代基于QUIC的传输体系，包括QUIC/HTTP3的关键机制（拥塞控制、连接迁移、0-RTT、流控等）；对MoQ（媒体通过QUIC）有了解； 4、了解实时音视频客户端架构，包括采集、编解码、推拉流、渲染等关键环节者优先；了解常见音视频开源项目，如WebRTC、FFmpeg、x264、GStreamer等；有维护或参与过开源项目者优先； 5、具备良好的目标规划能力、创新意识与执行力，沟通协作能力强； 6、技术视野开阔，能够持续跟进与研究网络传输新技术，并推进在业务中的评估与落地。
