日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责抖音电商商家履约链路的工具产品设计，包括但不限于订单管理、库存管理等模块能力建设； 2、结合业务需求、市场调研和商家调研等，确定指标和产品迭代方案，具体工作包括但不限于市场调研、商家走访、需求分析、产品需求设计等； 3、管理产品需求的生命周期，紧密协调产品运营、研发、QA等资源，排除项目风险，保证高效率高质量完成产品交付，并持续跟进产品效果； 4、结合平台业务重心和目标，定期输出产品迭代规划，驱动业务目标达成。

1、本科及以上学历在读，管理科学/物流工程/运筹学/计算机等相关专业优先； 2、具备电商行业实习经验、商家工具产品经验者优先； 3、具备敏锐的需求洞察和抽象能力，能够从复杂业务逻辑中发现问题的本质，找到最优解决方案并推动落地； 4、具备良好的团队沟通协作能力和自我驱动力，能够协同多方推动项目落地并拿到结果； 5、能够从商家经营视角出发，匹配平台业务策略，确定产品目标并拆解产品策略。
