团队介绍：抖音内容质量与数据服务平台（简称CQC）归属于抖音集团，负责今日头条、抖音等产品内容和抖音集团商业内容的安全质量与体验。平台下设内容质量中心、商业生态与安全、生态治理与增长支持等业务，在全国20余个城市均有分布。 自成立以来，CQC持续守护抖音集团旗下包括抖音、今日头条、番茄小说、飞书、红果短剧等产品在内的安全、质量与体验，优化产品内创作与交流环境，且在各产品运营增长方面开展支持工作。

ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、通过AI应用提升大模型数据标注和评测环节交付质量和效率，结合业务要求完成任务拆解、方案设计、实验验证与效果复盘； 2、围绕LLM/VLM/多模态模型能力，参与数据构建、模型适配、效果评测、部署上线、质量监控、数据回流等关键环节，并与算法、工程、产品、业务等团队协作，推动技术方案落地，并将模型能力转化为可量化的业务收益； 3、建设和优化评测集、负面案例分析、数据回流、质量监控和SOP机制，推动单项目经验沉淀为可复用的方法论和流程资产； 4、关注前沿AI Engineering技术栈，包括Context Engineering、Agent Engineering、工具调用/MCP、LLMOps/EvalOps、多模态理解、模型适配、推理部署优化等，并能结合业务场景判断适用性。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、数学、人工智能等相关方向优先； 2、对前沿AI技术保持关注，具备AI模型应用实践经验优先；具备AI模型应用或算法工程相关实践经验，熟悉模型训练/微调、推理调用、效果评测、数据构建、线上应用中的一个或多个关键环节； 3、熟练掌握Python，具备基础工程开发能力；熟悉SQL/PySpark或其他数据处理工具，能够独立完成数据分析、样本构建、实验验证与效果归因； 4、具备较强的问题拆解和方案设计能力，能够基于业务需求和问题快速建立分析框架，输出可执行方案； 5、自驱力强，沟通协作能力好，愿意在复杂业务场景中主动探索、推动落地并沉淀方法论。
