1、异构计算平台技术攻坚：深度剖析主流GPU、NPU架构的计算/存储特性，精准定位视频编解码任务在目标硬件上的性能瓶颈，主导核心模块的硬件适配与深度调优，实现算力资源的最大化利用； 2、编解码算法性能极致优化：围绕主流及前沿标准，结合异构计算并行特性，对编解码器核心算法进行模块重构、并行化设计及指令级优化，达成编码效率、编解码速度与画质的最优平衡； 3、软硬协同加速方案定制落地：针对特定业务场景需求，牵头设计并实施软硬协同的编解码加速方案，深度融合算法创新、硬件特性挖掘与业务指标要求，推动方案从原型验证到规模化落地； 4、技术体系建设与团队赋能：沉淀异构计算优化方法论与前沿硬件技术经验，主导或参与构建标准化的性能评测体系与自动化调优工具链，提升团队整体研发效能与问题解决能力。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、通信工程、电子信息工程、应用数学等相关专业优先； 2、3年及以上C/C++高性能编程实战经验，具备扎实的数据结构、算法设计功底，能独立完成复杂模块的高性能代码实现与重构； 3、具备将复杂算法（如图像视频编解码核心模块）成功移植、适配并优化至GPU/NPU的完整项目经验，能显著提升算力利用率与任务吞吐量； 4、深入理解至少一种主流视频编解码标准（如H.266/H.265/AV1/AVS3）的核心原理，熟悉对应开源实现（如X265、X264）； 5、具备优异的性能瓶颈定位与分析能力，熟练使用各类Profiling工具开展计算、存储、通信全链路性能剖析与优化； 6、具备强烈的工程驱动思维与问题解决能力，以业务结果为导向，能直面复杂的高性能计算挑战，高效推进技术方案落地与迭代。

加分项： 1、参与过视频编码标准（如AVS、H.265、H.266、AV1）的制定； 2、具备基于神经网络的图像视频编码等AI+编解码融合技术的研究或工程落地经验； 3、拥有高质量开源技术项目（如GitHub星级项目），或在相关领域顶级会议/期刊发表过论文。
