1、负责游戏产品的质量保障工作，参与游戏设计及需求评审，制定测试方案和编写测试用例，进行游戏功能测试，并对缺陷进行分析、定位、跟踪和验证，提升产品质量； 2、深度参与研发阶段的各环节，与其他管线同学密切协作，优化研发流程； 3、负责探索与研究前沿技术，包括AI在游戏质量场景中的应用，提升测试效率和产品质量； 4、负责编写相关测试文档、沉淀经验方法以及团队内部的分享培训。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、热爱游戏，有较丰富的游戏体验，对至少一种游戏类型有较深入的理解，对参与游戏制作拥有非常高的热情，有游戏公司实习经验者优先； 3、具备优秀的逻辑思维能力和较强的求知欲，能够快速理解新技术、新工具以及复杂业务问题； 4、拥有较强的责任心和团队精神，能够主动沟通和推进问题解决，具备较强的质量意识和工程意识。

加分项： 1、有Unreal Engine或Unity3D引擎使用经验者优先，有AI相关项目或实践经验优先。
