1、负责构建稳健、高效的用户身份图谱，持续提升用户识别、连接与理解的能力，为下游的模型数据利用、广告效果度量等场景提供坚实基础； 2、负责建立并持续完善产品核心指标体系，通过数据驱动的方式进行优先级排序、产品决策和效果评估，推动产品迭代优化； 3、与算法、工程、法务、隐私、运营等跨职能团队紧密协作，共同制定并实现产品目标，最大化身份能力在个性化推荐、效果衡量等场景的价值。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机科学、数学、统计学等相关专业者优先； 2、具备优秀的数据分析能力和指标体系搭建经验，能够从复杂数据中发现问题、定位机会并驱动决策； 3、出色的沟通、组织和分析能力，能够清晰地阐述产品理念、协调跨职能团队高效合作，并具备优秀的文档撰写能力； 4、英语可作为工作语言者优先，英语六级及以上，具备跨文化沟通能力。
