1. 负责自研芯片产品在供应链端的项目管理，统筹并协调内部资源支持项目规划制定、立项、供应商选择、成本评估、交付计划制定和实施等事项； 2. 负责代表供应链，参与自研芯片产品的项目全生命周期和代际规划； 3. 参与自研芯片及上游基板、封测厂商的供应商准入评审和绩效考核，进行厂商的设计和制造能力评估； 4. 制定自研芯片以及上层板卡、整机的端到端试产和交付计划，主导并参与相关产品的交付验收评审； 5. 负责公司内跨部门之间的组织协调工作，对内拉通各个职能模块，对外推动其他团队支持； 6. 负责定期整理和汇报项目进展，识别风险，并制定应对措施； 7. 负责优化项目管理流程，积累和沉淀项目管理经验和方法论。

1. 本科及以上学历，有5年以上芯片设计或制造行业的相关工作经验； 2. 有自研芯片Design House的设计或项目管理经验，或者上游封测厂的生产和供应链制造管理经验; 3. 具备优秀的组织协调能力和沟通能力，领导过跨团队的项目实施； 4. 具备优秀的执行力及自驱能力； 5. 通过PMP、敏捷等项目管理认证；

加分项： 1. 有IDC互联网行业从事自研芯片项目管理工作经验； 2. 英语可作为工作语言（邮件和会议沟通）。
