1、负责字节跳动交易业务的用户增长与数据链路的端到端研发工作，涵盖前后端服务全栈开发、海量数据处理、策略与工程体系建设，通过架构创新赋能产品用户规模增长； 2、全栈全链路开发机会：主动引入并迭代AI工具能力，在编码、调试、代码评审、文档编写、测试等环节推进工程化落地，持续提升端到端交付效率；有机会参与构建高可靠的AI Agent协作体系，在广告投放、运营玩法、补贴策略等多个方向开展富有挑战性的工作； 3、产品层面：深入参与用户增长方向的触达/触点建设、补贴发券与各类权益的智能发放策略、科学度量体系，以及丰富的增长玩法（如裂变、分享、拉新、召回等）；有机会洞悉全链路增长手段，为业务发展注入持续的成长动能； 4、技术层面：深入理解各子业务领域的模型设计，抽象通用能力，沉淀为可复用的服务和组件，支撑业务快速迭代；有机会直面字节跳动盈利业务中的各类技术挑战与架构难点，处理数亿级商品/素材，决策数亿级预算的花费方式与效率； 5、用户增长的有趣和挑战：持续围绕整个业务去洞察发现新的增长机会，联动各域一起建设有趣好玩的增长产品，并收获显著的业务增量收益，为消费者带来更多有趣的产品而持续留存。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、具备扎实的数据结构与算法、网络、数据库等计算机基础；熟悉Go/Java/Python/PHP/NodeJS中至少一门后端语言，或熟练掌握JavaScript/TypeScript与主流前端框架（React/Vue等）之一；对另一端具备基础理解与迁移学习能力； 3、能主动使用AI工具辅助学习、编码、调试与文档生成，能识别AI输出中的错误并做校验修正，理解大模型能力与局限； 4、具备端到端的问题拆解能力，敏锐的用户思维，增长思维，和好奇心去探索更有趣有效的增长玩法，提高用户转化效率和留存率； 5、具备良好的沟通表达、学习迁移与复盘能力，对技术有持续追求。

加分项 1、有好奇心并能快速动手实践，做过有趣的产品or探索，期望用技术解决未知问题者优先； 2、有用户增长、广告、数据等相关业务的项目或实习经验优先； 3、有基于LLM/Agent等深入实践经验优先，能深刻理解AI边界与瓶颈、建设好的评测方式与工程架构； 4、有大型开源项目贡献、专利、技术博客、竞赛获奖或专业前10%等技术沉淀，有源码深入阅读经验。
