1、负责生活服务独立端、品类营销活动、团购Tab的商品整理与招商工作，承担ROI、GMV、订单量等相关业务指标； 2、深入学习货架场经营逻辑，参与制定供给策略，推进商家招商引入、信息核对、资料归档等工作； 3、熟悉生活服务行业商家及商品特点，搭建并维护商家对接机制，保障供给规模与商品质量； 4、为商家提供经营支持，整理差异化经营资料，引导商家参与全域营销协同，推动双端交易增长； 5、搭建商家、商品运营数据监控体系，整理数据报表，分析商品质量及竞争力，提炼问题并推动策略优化。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、对生活服务、电商行业有浓厚兴趣，有相关实习经验者优先；学习能力强，具备良好的沟通协调能力，主动学习运营相关知识，能独立推进工作并配合团队完成目标、协作意识强、团队协作能力强； 3、对数据敏感，能独立整理、分析数据，具备较强的逻辑思维、好奇心和探索精神； 4、愿意深入一线了解商家需求，表达清晰，务实求真，有责任心和自驱力； 5、具备良好的环境适应能力，具备目标意识。
