1、面向ToB用户，负责火山引擎机器学习平台功能建设，包括但不限于底座存算网依赖能力演进、异构算力编排调度、开发机等模型开发能力支持、训练/推理优化、规模场景稳定性治理等，为用户提供一站式模型基础设施解决方案； 2、面向字节跳动内部业务，负责内部业务ML PaaS平台能力建设，为业务提供模型开发、训练/推理任务编排和资源调度等能力支持，持续优化性能、研发效率和体验，满足业内TOP级流量场景AI落地诉求； 3、负责系统算力/存储等资源利用率提升技术工作，协同基础设施团队从底层到PaaS层迭代优化，持续提升平台资源使用效率。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，涵盖Linux操作系统、网络、数据库、存储、分布式计算领域，掌握至少一个方向的深度知识； 3、熟练掌握Python/Go/Java/C++/Rust语言中至少一门； 4、熟悉K8s，有AI相关资源调度项目经验者优先； 5、了解ML基础概念，熟悉PyTorch、Ray等ML关联系统，有相关项目经验者优先； 6、具备良好的学习能力、问题拆解能力和团队协作精神。
