团队介绍：抖音内容质量与数据服务平台（简称CQC）归属于抖音集团，负责今日头条、抖音等产品内容和抖音集团商业内容的安全质量与体验。平台下设内容质量中心、商业生态与安全、生态治理与增长支持等业务，在全国20余个城市均有分布。 自成立以来，CQC持续守护抖音集团旗下包括抖音、今日头条、番茄小说、飞书、红果短剧等产品在内的安全、质量与体验，优化产品内创作与交流环境，且在各产品运营增长方面开展支持工作。

ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、结合业务需求，通过对治理重点、执行难点的研判和分析，制定和完善原创规则，包含规则的对标、下沉、培训及优化迭代，保障业务内容风控规则清晰准确落地； 2、联动产品、运营、人工内容质量把控等团队，推进生态扰乱规则落地执行，解决规则执行中的协同问题，确保规则落地见效； 3、通过数据监控、态势分析，挖掘原创潜在风险特征，以专项治理形式输出解决方案并推动落地； 4、承接人工内容质量把控业务落地，统筹人工内容质量把控项目规划，确保项目如期上线，并跟进上线后的指标数据监测和达成，辅助产品上游围绕业务内容质量把控、质量提升相关的其他运营支持工作； 5、负责大模型Agent的PE优化和知识库搭建等相关工作。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、过往有参与过内容质量策略运营、内容质量管理、规则运营及治理运营工作经验，具备内容或治理经验者优先，对内容质量标准理解透彻，能快速掌握规则变动，保障处理时效和解决方案的准确性，妥善处理各类内容质量相关问题； 3、熟悉社会热点和网络舆情，风险预判能力强，对于高风险内容、突发事件等具有敏感度和判断力； 4、优秀的跨部门沟通协调、项目管理和推动能力，能够有效推进问题解决，保障目标达成。
