1、结合项目目标和平台能力，协助团队制定并落地各类提升用户留存与活跃解决方案； 2、洞察客户需求及其内部推广的挑战，协助团队沉淀最佳实践、行业案例等； 3、策划用户社群活跃方案，推动实现企业内部运营机制的优化迭代； 4、直接对客户提供企业业务效能提升相关咨询服务，识别客户关键业务场景，确定解决方案及实施方案，用飞书及相关工具为客户提升组织效能，完成客户飞书项目的阶段性目标。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有与企业客户直接接触相关经验者优先； 3、对AI类产品和场景应用深入者优先； 4、熟悉SaaS产品或飞书用户者优先； 5、自驱力强，有较好的沟通能力、学习能力、执行力和独立思考能力，具备较丰富的方案撰写经验； 6、可尽快到岗，至少实习4个月，每周不少于4天。
