1、体验监控告警：建设拓展内外部全渠道用户声音源，并沉淀体验指标体系，形成主客观相互校准的体验问题衡量标准，并拆解对应业务运营目标，跟踪履约体验指标表现，并建立系统化的异动告警能力； 2、体验问题洞察：通过用户反馈进行典型案例业务研判，深挖根因形成洞察并明确影响量级，结合用户研究、市场调研提供有价值且可落地的产品、业务、流程等优化建议，并对重要体验问题形成优先级判断，输出体验分析报告； 3、体验策略驱动：通过对策略和产品功能的前置走查风险评估，预防体验问题发生；建设体验责任映射机制，通过体验专项驱动和管理，推动跨团队合作解决复杂问题； 4、体验收益回收：完善体验策略收益效果回收机制，沉淀体验案例库和方法论，确保用户问题不再重复发生； 5、服务策略支持：协同服务体验策略，完善体验兜底保障机制，确保各类服务体验专项高效落地，交付业务价值。

1、熟悉体验运营方法，数据敏感度高，能有效制定并监测体验指标，基于指标表现拆解问题并推动策略落地； 2、具备成熟的项目管理经验和优秀的团队协作意识，善于沟通和协调资源，有跨多部门协作项目经验； 3、工作主动性强，具备结构化沟通表达能力，逻辑严谨耐心细致，目标驱动结果导向，强风险意识； 4、熟悉电商行业或交易履约相关业务，对发货履约、物流配送等有基本的业务理解和认知； 5、“用户问题到我为止”的责任心，有担当精神和主人翁精神； 6、具备数据化、系统化能力，懂AI前沿技术是加分项。
