日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与前端、全栈功能开发，提升产品的易用性与交互体验； 2、与产品、算法、设计等角色协作，理解业务逻辑并实现高质量的产品功能； 3、优化系统性能与可维护性，参与组件化、工程化建设； 4、参与代码评审、单元测试与前后端工程规范建设。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、通信和电子信息科学、数学等相关专业； 2、具备良好的计算机基础（数据结构、算法、计算机网络、操作系统等），并熟练使用至少一门编程语言； 3、具备前端（JS/TS/Vue/React等）、客户端（Flutter/iOS/Android任一）、服务端（Golang/Python/Java任一）任一领域的开发经验，有全栈开发经验者优先； 4、熟练使用TRAE、Claude Code、Codex、Cursor等任一AI Coding工具，维护过Rules、MCP、Skills并了解底层机制与技术细节的同学优先； 5、认可AI Coder定位，明确自身长期全栈发展规划，具备较强的学习能力和适应能力，能快速上手新领域技术，适配业务驱动的开发模式； 6、积极乐观，责任心强，具备良好的沟通协作能力、逻辑思维能力以及服务意识。
