团队介绍：内容消费与非闭环营销技术团队，服务内容消费和非闭环营销行业数十万客户和十亿级用户。其中，内容消费行业包括游戏、小游戏、短剧、小说、社交与工具等行业，非闭环营销行业包括平台电商、引流电商等行业。内容消费与非闭环营销围绕客户深转、ROI等本质诉求，构建了完整的产品矩阵，知名产品有UBA/UBP自动化产品、深转ROI1\ROI7产品等。研发团队主要通过技术手段支持行业的收入和市占提升，工作内容包括：投放策略优化（出价、自动化）、模型优化（深度延迟和稀疏转化建模、序列建模、Large Recommend Model等）、流量和体验策略优化（ROI3产品、推荐广告融合、多目标建模等）、AI内容理解和生成（多模态模型、营销创意&剧集生成等）、定价和权益激励策略优化（智能定价、QCPX等）、海量创意自动化托管投放架构（DPA）、新产品开发等。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、利用机器学习技术，改进字节跳动的推荐、广告系统，优化数亿用户的使用体验； 2、分析基础数据，挖掘用户兴趣、文章价值，增强推荐、广告系统的预测能力； 3、分析用户商业意图，挖掘流量潜在商业价值，提升流量变现； 4、深入业务场景，设计并落地模型、策略一体化方案，推进业务全面快速发展； 5、在超大规模在线深度学习框架下，持续研究前沿技术，创造和迭代算法技术。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、机器学习和模式识别相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和互联网技术，对人工智能类产品有浓厚兴趣； 3、具备扎实的编码能力，熟悉Linux开发环境，熟悉C++和Python语言优先； 4、有扎实的数据结构和算法功底，熟悉机器学习、自然语言信息处理、数据挖掘、分布式计算、计算机视觉、计算机图形学、语音识别与合成中一项或多项； 5、对推荐系统、计算广告、搜索引擎相关技术有经验者优先； 6、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情。
