1、参与飞书创新Agent产品的后端系统设计与开发，构建高性能、可扩展的服务架构； 2、参与文档协作系统的后端架构设计与实现，设计高效的API接口，确保系统稳定性与安全性； 3、持续优化系统性能，协助技术架构升级与服务器资源管理，构建高可用的分布式系统支持产品快速迭代与扩展； 4、协助设计和实现AI能力调用框架，负责模型参数调优、提示词工程优化等，提升AI生成内容的质量与相关性。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉LLM应用开发，熟练使用主流AI开发工具，如LangChain、LlamaIndex、OpenAI API、Claude API等，了解Prompt Engineering最佳实践和技巧； 3、了解AI Agent系统设计，能够构建基于RAG的解决方案，掌握向量数据库的使用方法； 4、具备以下经验者优先：成熟的AI应用开发经验、GitHub贡献记录或维护个人技术项目的经验等。
