1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、具备良好的抽象能力和编码能力，学习能力强，有主动探索并应用新技术的意愿； 3、熟练掌握C++/JS、数据结构、多线程，了解计算机图形学或游戏引擎（Unity/UE/自研引擎），熟悉WebGL/Vulkan/Metal等图形API，使用过GitHub Copilot/Cursor/OpenAI Codex等AI编程工具； 4、对AI（AIGC/Agent/Tool-use）有强兴趣，并有实际项目经验，有深入使用AI编程工具完成实际开发的经验，对AI改变游戏开发有独立判断，有图形学/渲染/引擎相关项目经验，有开源项目或技术博客。
