团队介绍：抖音内容质量与数据服务平台（简称CQC）归属于抖音集团，负责今日头条、抖音等产品内容和抖音集团商业内容的安全质量与体验。平台下设内容质量中心、商业生态与安全、生态治理与增长支持等业务，在全国20余个城市均有分布。 自成立以来，CQC持续守护抖音集团旗下包括抖音、今日头条、番茄小说、飞书、红果短剧等产品在内的安全、质量与体验，优化产品内创作与交流环境，且在各产品运营增长方面开展支持工作。

1、深入业务全流程分析业务需求与数据，识别AI提效机会，将业务问题拆解为模型可解决的任务，制定AI提效整体策略并设计技术方案，建立效果评估体系，优化模型的性能和效果，量化AI技术带来的效率提升与成本节约； 2、基于业务场景进行模型训练及迭代，包括数据构建、模型训练、微调、及多轮次的参数调优和消融实验，评估优化的全过程； 3、根据业务目标和需求进行场景化机审策略制定与迭代，设计并搭建Agent解决方案，编写和优化Prompt，编排Agent工作流，完成测试上线、调优运维，并监控数据指标达成情况； 4、负责AI产品或功能的设计与落地，协同产品运营、模型运维等团队推动模型开发落地，持续迭代优化模型效果； 5、针对业务难点问题，进行技术攻坚，沉淀和推广通用AI能力，抽象为可复用的能力，赋能更多内容质量把控场景，实现规模化提效。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、了解模型行业的前沿知识，对AI产品、生成式大模型技术抱有强烈热情，熟悉国内外AI产品，对LLM语言模型、Prompt Engineering（提示工程）等大模型底层技术有一定理解，具备独立完成提示工程的能力、代码编写能力、模型精调能力等； 3、具备良好的沟通能力，项目管理能力强，对复杂问题有拆解、定位、解决的能力，能够独立完成方案设计，推动项目快速落地；责任心强、投入度高，具备沟通表达能力，且有良好的主观能动性。
