日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：团队负责公司多个跨产品业务方向，提供可复用的平台能力及技术解决方案。我们为公司多业务提供如地理位置、行业数据、舆情、众包标注、中间件等多类型的中台能力与技术解决方案，积极利用AI等技术做中台能力提效与升级。 加入我们，你将有机会从中台的多视角参与业务建设，感受不同类型/阶段的业务特点；通过投身亿级用户场景的开发&架构工作，学习和解决极富挑战的技术问题；你也可以从数据出发，积极利用策略和模型，为业务提供有价值的助力。

1、研究、创新、开发和优化先进的基于图像的重建算法，包括但不限于生成点云/Mesh/高斯； 2、结合最新的深度学习框架和几何策略，不断优化和改进现有的重建模型； 3、针对字节跳动各业务场景，提出针对性的解决方案； 4、跟进前沿的重建技术，保持技术的领先。

1、硕士及以上学位在读，计算机、数学、自动化、电子等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉数据结构和常用编程语言（C++或者Python），有扎实的数学基础； 3、熟悉常见的机器学习算法和深度学习框架，如TensorFlow、PyTorch等，能够独立完成算法和模型的开发和优化； 4、熟悉Linux环境和常用的版本控制工具，如Git等，具有优秀的软件开发流程管理能力，能够进行代码回查、测试等工作； 5、责任心强，积极主动，有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力；每周至少实习4天，持续时间不少于6个月； 6、熟悉3DGS/SLAM/SFM/VGGT中一项或者多项，熟悉多视图几何/相机投影相关数学优先，有场景/图像生成和去噪经验优先，长期实习优先。
