1、负责住小帮自营业务的视觉相关设计，包括不限于产品视觉、运营活动设计等； 2、了解业务重点，能够用设计解决业务与用户的问题，用创意为用户带来新鲜视角与体验； 3、能独立完成产品视觉与运营活动等项目设计支持，参与项目的前期策划、协同相关业务方讨论需求，把控设计落地的全流程工作； 4、跟踪设计效果，根据协同团队反馈及数据反馈，进行设计&创意迭代。

1、本科及以上学历在读，艺术、绘画或平面设计专业等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握PS、AI等软件，有海报、物料、宣传页等设计作品； 3、良好的沟通与团队协作能力，具有较强的同理心、审美能力、自驱力； 4、会C4D会小视频剪辑、有个人自媒体账号运营经验优先。
