日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、电商行业策略经营分析岗，理解生意本质，结合数据分析挖掘运营优化点、形成策略，包括商家经营、商品供给、用户行为、流量效率等； 2、协同业务重点项目跟进，将数据梳理并沉淀为可解读的数据指标体系，保障监控业务经营发展； 3、建立并管理日常业务数据报表，持续跟进优化，赋能业务决策和策略优化，提升生意销售表现与健康度。

1、本科及以上学历在读，经营分析、商业分析、战略、数据科学相关专业优先； 2、具备数据分析经验，强数据敏感性，有钻研精神、逻辑思维能力以及快速学习能力，对电商内容或娱乐内容有兴趣； 3、SQL能力强（必要），有Python、R、SPSS、Tableau、AI Agent等工具使用经验加分； 4、对待工作有主动性和责任心； 5、能保证4-6个月实习期优先。
