日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、AI行业深度研究：追踪AI行业动态，挖掘AI原生组织的前沿管理实践与人才策略，形成研究洞察与专题报告； 2、HR项目支持：支持面向公司内部业务团队的人力资源项目，涉及行业趋势研究、组织诊断支持、AI对组织影响研究，帮助解决组织和人才方面的实际问题； 3、项目执行与模块负责：协助项目经理完成数据分析、内外部访谈、资料整理等基础工作；有机会独立负责项目中的某个模块（如专题分析等）； 4、HR多模块发展方向：表现优异者，有机会参与负责其他模块的项目。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、对人力资源有较强的求知欲与好奇心，有较强的行业研究和数据分析能力，熟练掌握数据分析、案例研究、信息收集的基本方法； 3、具备快速学习能力、洞察力、逻辑思考能力，能够解构复杂问题； 4、能够连续实习3个月及以上，每周出勤4天及以上。
