团队介绍：安全工程团队负责设计、搭建并维护字节跳动的全球安全基础设施、平台及服务。我们的核心职责是研发具备可扩展性的系统与工具，为公司全域产品的安全运营提供支撑。通过交付可靠、高性能的安全解决方案，保障字节跳动全球平台的安全，并提升业务韧性。

1、在资深工程师的指导下，参与超大规模环境下网络安全产品的设计与开发工作，包括防火墙、WAF、IDS等同类系统； 2、协助构建面向AI原生系统的安全能力，包括LLM/Agent滥用防范、风险检测与行为分析； 3、支持团队为字节跳动各业务线交付满足合规与安全要求的定制化安全解决方案； 4、独立负责范围明确的模块或功能，参与代码评审，并协助完善团队文档与测试工作。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机科学、网络安全、网络工程或相关专业； 2、具备扎实的数据结构、算法、计算机网络和操作系统基础； 3、熟练掌握C、Go、Python中至少一门语言，并能通过课程项目、个人项目、科研经历或实习经历加以证明； 4、具备LLM/Agent相关系统的接触或课程/项目经验（如工具调用、上下文管理或相关安全实现）； 5、具备较强的自驱力、沟通协作能力，能够在变化的环境中高效解决问题。

加分项 1、具备与LLM/AI安全相关的个人项目、科研经历、CTF经验或课程项目（如提示词注入防御、滥用防范、内容安全、模型风险控制等）； 2、熟悉防火墙、WAF、IDS类产品，或有网络/安全相关的开源贡献经历； 3、具备安全、网络或后端基础设施相关的实习经验。
