日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、通过专家访谈、实地调研等方法研究全球范围内的人力资源理论与实践，提出人力资源政策迭代方案，支持企业全球化发展； 2、深入理解公司全球各类业务的核心逻辑，从业务人才需求、激励需求出发，制定薪酬水平和结构、职级序列管理、绩效考核、短期激励、长期激励等方案，助力业务战略落实； 3、深入理解公司战略，从人力成本ROI视角进行组织效益分析、规划人力成本、确定奖金分配规则； 4、针对专项人力资源管理议题，建立分析逻辑框架、进行数据洞察，助力人力资源管理科学决策。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、对人力资源绩效与激励领域（如：绩效、薪酬、激励等）有浓厚兴趣； 3、良好的逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力，乐于探索问题本质，积极寻求更优解决方案； 4、具有较强的沟通能力和协调能力，善于合作； 5、自驱力及学习能力强，有较强的责任心。
