ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：搜索广告团队是负责抖音，抖音电商，今日头条，西瓜视频等搜索全场景的收入变现团队。在这里我们有丰富的搜索流量， 综合的广告业务场景（包括不限于电商、本地、到店商家、游戏客户、装修客户、下载类客户等）。作为技术团队，我们的系统拥有核心并且先进的算法：1、使用LLM和视频理解技术进行广告的匹配和相关性计算；2、使用AIGC技术帮助客户自动生成广告的标题、图片和视频创意提升创意效率；3、利用先进模型预估用户的点击率和转化率；4、客户机制和策略帮助客户提升转化效果和投放效率；5、同时丰富的流量也带来了非常多的工程挑战。如果你在机器学习、LLM、Coding、工程等方向有不错的知识和经验，欢迎加入我们一起丰富和完善搜索广告营销和技术平台。

1、参与抖音搜索广告产品的广告全场景、全链路优化，包括召回/粗排/精排/混排/创意生成各模块的整体优化，构建业界领先的下一代广告投放系统； 2、在超大规模在线深度学习框架下，结合前沿技术，持续优化CTR/CVR/DeepCVR模型精度，持续提升预估能力天花板； 3、在海量广告候选下，进行召回/粗排模型及链路优化，结合服务/素材等不同投放标的，不断优化链路漏斗效率； 4、使用AIGC技术自动生成广告标题、图片、视频，帮助客户提升创意效率； 5、参与混排/长期价值建模/人群转化渗透/用户体验等业务策略前沿探索，做到收入和体验价值最大化。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、具备优秀的编码能力，扎实的数据结构和算法功底； 3、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情； 4、对技术有热情，有良好的沟通表达能力和团队精神； 5、熟悉机器学习、计算机视觉、自然语言处理、数据挖掘中一项或多项。
