1、负责抖音内容生态治理策略体系建设，协同相关团队落地问题发现、定义、识别、处置、沟通的治理流程机制； 2、负责抖音内容治理相关的感知策略设计与能力建设，通过内容发现策略设计、算法模型能力建设等方式提前感知内容风险； 3、负责维持抖音内容健康，以内容理解为基础，深入消费数据分析，设计内容处置策略并持续迭代更新； 4、规划业务方向和目标，产出具有长期价值的优化思路，做好项目优先级管理，推进跨部门协作。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、统计学、数学、算法等专业背景优先； 2、有AI大模型产品使用或实习经验优先，逻辑性强，有一定的数据分析能力，能够通过数据分析确定问题，制定策略； 3、对内容安全和生态治理有热情，具备内容判断能力，能够判断其中的安全风险； 4、对大模型的原理有一定了解，熟悉大模型的典型应用场景及市场常见产品。
