1、用户体验洞察：站在抖音商城App视角，站外联动社交公众平台，站内联动客服，覆盖用户全流程（注册-使用-服务-售后-复购），收集反馈痛点、爽点，构建多源VoC体系； 2、体验问题诊断：结合数据分析与定性研究，聚焦用户痛点，输出可落地的体验迭代需求； 3、体验运营与优化：搭建用户体验指标与跟踪体系，推动流程、话术、功能、服务触点优化，持续迭代体验标准与SOP，降低投诉、提升满意度/NPS； 4、体验活动策划：针对不同生命周期、不同价值层级的用户，设计差异化的服务关怀与触达策略，提升用户信任与好感。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上用户服务体验相关运营工作经验优先； 2、较强用户同理心：能代入用户、讲清用户痛点、提出“用户真需要”的方案； 3、逻辑清晰：会梳理流程、会归纳问题、会写清晰的报告与推动话术； 4、沟通推进力强：能跨部门推动落地，而不只是“提意见”。
